Parenting during COVID 19 is hard. Our support systems are disrupted as we try and navigate working from home, school closures, and disruption to support systems and routines (here is a list of service and therapy alterations due to COVID 19). These challenges are profound and they impact us as parents and our children. We all need additional support and resources during this challenging time and there are many. Listed below are some of the helpful resources that we have found for families and children with special health care needs, we will update this list as new information becomes available. For support in finding resources, call the SEAS line at 360-715-7485. The SEAS line is staffed by Navigators who answer questions, offer support, and referrals for children’s development, learning, and behavior.
