- SEAS: Anyone can call or contact the SEAS Navigators to get information or connect to services to support children and parents with a child birth to 21 who needs additional support. SEAS Navigators are skilled in local resources to support parents, child development and support families to find resources to support children’s language, behavior, social-emotional development, cognitive development and physical development. SEAS is the entry for Early Intervention Services and maintains up-to-date resource lists for evaluations, therapies, and ABA providers.
Applied Behavior Analysis
ABA therapy applies our understanding of how behavior works to real situations. The goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affect learning. ABA Therapy can increase language and communication skills, improve attention, focus, social skills, memory, and academics and decrease problem behaviors

- Within Reach – Washington Help Me Grow, ParentHelp123 Within Reach provides free developmental screening, connections to early learning and family support services, referrals to early intervention for developmental delays, and family support in English and Spanish to families across Washington.
