Being on a waitlist for a diagnosis or treatment is frustrating and navigating the different options can be overwhelming, to say the least. While we can’t expedite treatment or care, we can provide some suggestions and reassurance.

First, know that this journey is long and you are doing an amazing job. The system is complex and the path forward isn’t always clear. Even without a diagnosis and treatment, there is support from people who have walked along a similar path. Parent to Parent provides local emotional support and information and can connect you to families with similar experiences.
