Wandering is a significant issue for children with developmental disabilities. Half of children with autism, intellectual disability or developmental delays engage in wandering behavior. Wandering is sometimes referred to as elopement, bolting, fleeing or running.  Please click on the image below for resources that may be helpful if you have a child who tends to wander.
